Alta Flights Charters has two other divisions that incorporate the in-house services of the Alta Flights fleet of aircraft as well as for other commercial companies:
 Flight Tech Aviation F.B.O. (Shell Aerocentre), which consists of all ground handling and fuelling services. They currently have the contract for the Canadian Department of National Defence for all of their re-fuelling services at the Edmonton International Airport.
 Flight Tech Aviation Technical, which consists of all in-house maintenance, repair and overhaul of the Alta Flights fleet. They are a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO # 119-93) and also conduct salvage/re-building for outside insurance company claims and maintain hundreds of private and corporate aircraft. They currently have the maintenance contracts for Peace Air, Horizon Air, Mesa Airlines, Canadian North (F100), Storm Aviation Flight Academy, Valard Construction and Hutch Air for all of their aircraft on their Edmonton Through-Flights.
